About

Hedgerow & Petals creates distinctive floral designs for businesses, brands, homes, and special events, blending creativity with a beautiful natural style.

Inspired by the rhythm of the seasons, I love working with the finest flowers and foliage, celebrating the beauty that each time of year brings.

With a specialist knowledge of dried blooms, each arrangement and sculptural wreath is thoughtfully created to add lasting elegance and charm to your space.

My floral designs are shaped by experience across many creative disciplines. Designing installations for retail spaces has been deeply influenced by years spent working with brands, creating and executing trade stands, and understanding how to craft immersive visual experiences.

Training in metalwork has given me a strong practical foundation, whilst the sculptural artistry of millinery continues to inspire the shape, movement, and structure within my floral work.

Hello from Eloise

I’ve been thinking in flowers for as long as I can remember!   As a child, I spent my days making daisy chains and flower potions, before later turning my creativity to delicate handmade silk flowers, crafted petal by petal for millinery.

This love of botanical beauty then evolved into detailed collages inspired by wild meadows, garden flowers, and the quiet wonder of the natural world.  These botanical collages later became part of a stationery and greeting card collection, with designs sold in hundreds of stores around the world.

The pull of a deeper immersion into the floral world led me to train in floristry, where I’ve been lucky enough to learn from some brilliantly creative people, including The Bath Flower School, McQueens, Paul Thomas, and Layla Robinson.

I live and work in rural Somerset, nestled between Bruton and Sherborne, where I’m continually inspired by the surrounding countryside and the flowers grown in my garden.

My husband and my three children can usually find me tucked away in my flower shed along with Bramble, my loyal furry companion!  She looks like a tiny spaniel but is in fact half Labrador which means she’s wonderfully calm.  Come have a cup of tea and meet her soon!
